Darren is one of the best lawyers in the United States. He has helped me with a few different matters over the years and every time he is on it! His communication and responsiveness is nothing like I have ever seen before in a lawyer. I would definitely recommend Darren to anyone I know.

Although I acted on behalf of an organization, my personal experience with Heitner Legal was one of professionalism, efficiency, responsiveness and most importantly... resolution.

Not very good practice, Darren will take 6 hours upfront, and overestimate his hours. He legit sent around 10 emails to the other counsel, and said it was 3 and a half hours of work & now not giving a refund for unused hours. Definitely glad I’m changing lawyers. Darren, literally just copy and pasted what I gave to tell the plaintiffs lawyer and let their lawyers dictate the conversation, and even wanted me to give 12 months of statements that didn’t pertain to their claim rather than work to get me a good deal. Also, he chased the other people being sued in the case, to try to retain them, guess that’s where the 3 and a half hours came from.

Darren is great, I can't recommend him more! He settled my issues in under 2 weeks, saved me a lot of money, and put my mind at ease. He was very responsive and more than willing to answer any questions that I had. If I ever run into issues again, I know he has my back and will get the job done.
