My web site designer used a copyrighted photo by mistake, my mistake for not catching it and allowing it to go to the next level. Darren Heinter took the case and helped reach a settlement. This situation could have easily gotten out of control, with out his guidance and expertise I would have failed.
If I am ever in the situation again, I will immediately reach out. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. He never failed to keep me informed about what was happening and gave sound advice, an ambassador for his profession.
