Darren is amazing in answering emails quickly! I know a lot of people advocate sitting tight and letting PicRights do their worst - which equals passing it onto their legal friends to pursue the claim with all the costs that inevitably follow plus worry. For me a 40% reduction in one claim and a 50% reduction in the larger of 2 claims against me which Darren obtained means his reasonable fee was amply covered and, more importantly, I can put the whole sordid business behind me now.
