Ms. Downs has done a lot of different legal work for me, from doing my will and trust and power of attorney to reviewing contracts for my business and for my real estate purchases and sales. She is very friendly, very knowledgeable, has reasonable fees, is very accessible and does an incredible job. I have sent many friends and family to her, and everyone was completely satisfied.
