Right from the start Sergio from the law firm came to my home and took all my info from the day of the accident. It was so appreciated that without a car and hurting I did not have to go out, they lifted the burden. Eric and Alicia have been wonderful right from the start. Eric explained the procedure and kept in contact by phone and email. Alicia helped me with my tech deficiency so I could keep in contact and have all my questions answered. The matter took considerable persistence, which both attorney Rios and his assistant, Lidia, patiently provided. They worked with me to assist Mom with remote meetings and her own failing eyesight. Best of all, they recovered costs for the damaged ceiling of her home, which had been caused by an improperly installed new roof.
