Mr. Miller defended me in negligence lawsuit and achieved a result which was better that I thoughtwas possible at the commencement of the lawsuit. The facts were stacked against my case, but Mr. Miller maneuvered and focused the defense on the facts which were strongest while drawing focus away from those which were my weakest. Definitely someone that you MUST consider for any legal matters. Handled an civil lawsuit involving alleged breach of contract and tortious interference for me. Jonathon Miller represented my company and myself personally with a lawsuit arising from a failed business transaction. He was very informed on the matter that we were dealing with and was constantly in communication with all parties involved, making suggestions on course of action with the expected outcome of each (and accurate prediction for the courses of action we ultimately pursued). He worked very diligently with opposing counsel for a fair and equitable compromise yet was aggressive and strategic, all of which resulted in a positive outcome for us.
