I'm saying this for those who won't read the entire review. Jose is professional and a class act. The next time I have to deal with probate matters. I'm going to call him again! After my father passed away I was bereaved for over a year before receiving news that his house was up for foreclosure. I panicked and quickly started calling lawyers, for me were talking about the first bed I ever slept on. I really didn't want to lose his house. After choosing a lawyer who told me the process would be quick but it wasn't, she also tried to upcharge me $2500 to cancel less than $1000 in credit card debt. Losing those 60 days and again feeling like the walls were closing. I searched Google and Jose stood out to me. After our first conversation I was confident he could get the job done in a week or so like we discussed for a flat fee to be paid after the house was in my name. Unfortunately I was unable to uphold my end of the agreement. What was supposed to take a week was dragged on almost two months because my sister was making everything more challenging than expected. Naturally the price should have gone up substantially given the situation but Jose stayed patient with me and my sister even though our battle wasn't his to fight. In those two months Jose gave me regular updates and would also return my call in a timely fashion even when i was calling him while he was in court or working with other clients. I really appreciated that part👍🏿. All my questions were answered and I knew what was going on every step of the way. True to his word, the house is my name and we settled on a price that still feels like I got a good deal. He's a good guy to work with and doesn't dictate how things will go just because I don't have a law degree. He provided a service were I felt comfortable with him representing me. I couldn't have asked for more.

When my parent died I had to go through the probate process. I called Jose who picked up immediately, walked me through the process, gave his price, and said it'll only take 2-3 days. I've reached out to two attorneys before this. Both charged the same amount as Jose but said it would take 6-8 MONTHS. I drove to Jose's office immediately, on October 4th. On October 6th my case was closed. This was a quick ordeal, Jose was very responsive (email/phone/text) throughout and answered all my questions. I don't think I could've had a better experience.

I do t even know where to start. The service I received was top notch. Mr.Gaeta worked day and night trying to get my case settled. He checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. I will be send all my referrals to him. Keep up the amazing work !
