I was given Mr Trinkler's number by the office of Cheryl Bucker when I called about a possible guardianship matter for an elderly relative I care for. Mr Trinkler was so helpful, kind and understanding. He listened patiently and was supportive and gave me wonderful and helpful advice. There was no charge for this initial contact, but he fully informed me what charge there would be if I wanted to proceed with a certain matter. However, he was glad to give me advice to avoid further issues! I have no words to say how impressed I was with his patience, understanding and helpful advice. We contacted his office by referral from another office. He provided us with a free 20 minute phone conversation about the potentials of our situation, after he reviewed documents I sent him via email, on pdf format. I started conservatorship proceedings in the State of CA for my senior Aunt who suffered from dementia. She was abducted and moved to the State of Florida where she was being exploited. My mother and I hired Mr.Trinkler to obtain a guardianship and incapacity order for the benefit of my mentally ill sister who resides in Fla. I am writing this because I have never been so impressed by an attorney, I have worked for the courts and legal system for years and have hired my share of lawyers for various needs.
