I had used Mr. Koegler in past years with excellent results but now he seems to have lost the personal touch. Took many months to resolve a very minor traffic infraction and not once did he or Liz return my calls or confirm reciept of any email communication. How difficult is it to reply that an email was received? Also never received a single letter from his office regarding disposition of the matter but recently received notice from the state that my driving priveledges would be suspended for failure to pay the fine. The case had been disposed but Koelger and Liz never advised me of this fact or what needed to be done regarding the fine. I have now fixed the problem myself.
