Very Friendly and helpful staff

To the magnificent team at Van Horn Law Group there’s not enough words that I can say about how wonderful,kindhearted, professional, caring people that I’ve met on this earth!!! I would like to thank (“Janeen”) for her incredible ,dynamic, knowledgeable leadership that she gave me toward meeting her for the first time over my first consultation over the phone,she has taken all of my fears from filing chapter 7. Janeen , I really appreciate your dedication and support that you’ve shown me thus far!! Because of you, my heart is full of joy, you explain the process of going into chapter 7 above and beyond! Awesome law firm, all of the staff are easy to talk to, and not intimidating like other law firms. They make sure you have a complete understanding of the process and if at any time you have questions they are available for you. I am finding relief during my current situation. I wish that I could comment on the lawyers themselves, but after 2 weeks of trying to speak to a lawyer I gave up. I was more than happy to pay for a consultation. I text numerous times with a young woman who finally gave me an email address and no one responded, finally made a phone appointment, no one called. I then called and spoke to a young lady who kept having to run back and forth asking questions. I have an unusual situation, and like I said I would pay to have spoke with someone. She was very short with me and just said they could not help. I wonder how she would even know what I needed?

From the moment I entered the Van Horn Law Group parking lot, I was pleasantly greeted. The employees were very welcoming. While I briefly waited in the lobby I was asked by different employees if I wanted a beverage or if I was being helped. The receptionist displayed very professional customer service skills. The client advocate was very empathetic, which helped eased the embarrassment I was feeling for having to be there. Attorney Chad Van Horn was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and also very understanding. I was briefly educated on the different types of bankruptcies, and which chapter would work best for my situation. The solution was very affordable and convenient for me to move forward immediately. The hardest part was me gathering all my debt documents and years of bad investments so I could get this situation handled and start my financial life over. The staff was guided me and kept me on top of constantly submitting those documents. I gained some valuable information in the debt course that I was required to to take per Van Horn Law Group. I'm so glad I choose Van Horn Law Group, I meet some very pleasant people and the most cutest furry Mr. Chuckles, he had more swag than me! I now feel free to start over, get my financial life on a positive path, and secure my future! Thank you
