Excellent help , and help you the whole way

Dysfunctional. Disorganized. John (Senior Attorney) - Attitude of a Second Hand Car Salesmen. After handling my case for 2 months, on follow up calls he would ask me to fill him in on KEY details about MY OWN case. Paralegals -- Poor Attitude. Sonia Gutierrez (Paralegal) Would criticize me about my financial situation when I asked her about key strategies for my case. Cyana Harris (Legal Assistant) - Would make snarly remarks over e-mail (can provide paper trail) when i missed some documents to send her. John the Senior Attorney would change strategies on the 3 calls I had with him and make me seem like I was at fault for questioning on him on his conflicting legal advice. POOR attention to detail. Blood boiling just thinking about the treatment I got here. If you don't care much for customer service and want convoluted advice, then this is your place to go. I will be writing a more detailed review. Wish i could get all my money and time back.

I originally gave 5 stars but know I realize why they ask you to do the survey before services are complete. I feel like I’m being scammed. Chad Vanhorn told me that once all documents are submitted they could file within 30 days. All documents filed within 48hrs. 3 months later they call wanting payments no one calls you back and my case has been re assigned and zero follow up. Don’t waste your time or money.

This law group is awesome! Yudmila and John Voss answered all the questions I had and made me feel comfortable with my decision to move forward. I recommend them to anyone needing help with debt or bankruptcy. I'm going through a very difficult time, and the help that I received, took all the weight off my shoulders. It's really scary being in a financial situation that leaves you feeling helpless, and that's how I felt before calling. I love that this law group understands you, listens to your situation, and finds a solution with an affordable pathway. It shows that they really care and they really want to help, and I love that!
