answered all my questions. gave advise to help me with a scamming creditor

I was very confused at first and in a dire situation, but with the Van Horn Law Group always willing to answer the phone with options and detailed information, I know I've picked the right law group to handle my situation. I would recommend them to anyone with debt needs, especially if your in a medical situation that stretched for years and created an obscene amount of debt.

O stars would not reflect the quality of service and total unprofessionalism I experienced when hiring van horn law firm- but first the facts- I hired them initially for chapter 13 due to my health problems and inability to work in the previous 8 months- I was told the upfront fee was 593 and the rest will be charged when the case gets to court- within a couple days I was assaulted with phone calls and ask to pay 250 a month toward the chapter13 cost- first red flag: John Voss turns out lied to me outright about the fees and structure of the cost being charged- It was after my first surgery with high fever and inability to do anything that they called me incessantly to get the paperwork- well I could not due to my health problem and explained it to them – however I was talking to the walls- they do not communicate in that office – everyone was in his cubicle indifferent and callous to my condition and impediments I was facing. After the second surgery I was getting better and able to work hence I needed John Voss to help negotiate settlements on my behalf- I already paid them around 1300 dollars and they did not do anything for me yet- I could not reach him for 4 days- no calls returned, no emails, no nothing- the invisible man and when finally, I got to talk to him he was very arrogant and condescending: well in my world he definitely fits the Webster definition of an idiot. I asked him as well as Gary- which allegedly is the owner`s brother- to reimburse me the money because they did not do anything for me and I do not want to do business with people that get back to me after 4 days. They staunchly refused- oau they should rename their law firm the Scammer agency- shame on them- you did not do anything for me, not a single thing and sadly and most likely you need the 1300 dollars more than I do.

So far so good everything going as planned everyone is firing on All cylinders Everyone very attentive and on point!!!

And not to mention their fees are very responsible compared to other companies I've inquired with couldn't beat Van Horn and their payment plan was unheard of by other companies. I would like to take this time now to say thank you to the Van Horn Law Who is helping me at this time with my bankruptcy issues from the moment that I’ve called and spoke with any and all staff members they were absolutely lovely my lawyer Chad was very nice But mostly his employee Natalia Walcott extremely kind knowledgeable and very nice even through emails I felt very comfortable speaking to her she was very pleasant every time we contacted and she’s such a wonderful character thank you for all your help Natalia you are truly the best!!
