I had an initial consultation and was extremely impressed from the moment we stepped into the office. The entire staff is very friendly and courteous. They are extremely efficient as well. The Attorney (Chad Van Horn) is very approachable and down to earth. Everyone made us feel very comfortable and seemed to actually wants to help us which made us feel really good.

Mr VanHorn is very understanding and helpful. The staff is very difficult to work with and I never get a return call. I have to call the bankruptcy court to inquire if there are any upcoming hearings or changes. One lady asked me if my attorney was keeping me up to date and I said NO. I am spending all this money and all I get is the run around and call avoidance. For instance, I called this past Monday the 22nd to inquire on a hearing and the chapter 7 paralegal refused to speak with me because she has a serious attitude and I complained, so the receptionist comes back and says the attorney Steve will call you. Hmmmm well it is Thursday the 25th and have not heard anything. No one updates me on anything unless I ask to speak to Chad. This is not good business practice. I am a client and I should be able to call and see how my case is going. But do to my complaints I get ignored. This is unfair treatment.nice but the staff was difficult to work with. Incomplete information is always given and you have to go to 3 or 4 people to get the correct answer. was given. Depending who you talked to, there was a different story. Very disappointed. They are always on time calling me when a payment is due. I even received a nasty email from the chapter 7 paralegal advising me how the attorney rushed to get something done and I Should be greatful!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!! That is his job to assist his client. I am so over this law firm and I just hope and pray that my case is discharged without any issues.

I wish i could give 10 stars, because they deserve more. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt I had to write alittle something about Van Horn Law Group. Going into this process, I was so nervous, and I didnt know what to expect. Now that we are finalizing everything, I couldnt be happier with how everything played out. Chad, you have a very knowledgeable person to work with your clients. On 9/17, I read an email from FedLoan which gave me the best news about my loans. Well, I forward the email to Tanisha for her to have in her inbox for Monday. Seconds later, my cellphone was ringing, and Ms. Reid was on the other end - on a Saturday morning before 9 AM.
