After I described my situation Mr. Van Horn clearly understood my problem. He clearly offered me two solutions which were logically the correct answer to my questions. If I were to proceed with an option, I would be most comfortable with Mr. Van Horn's representation..The other solution was "save your money" which I will follow as the best option under the circumstances. Successfully completed Ch 13 plan with the help of Chad and his team and now moving ahead debt free. Shortly after filing the IRS garnished my wages. I notified Chad and within 24 hours the IRS faxed a release to my employer. About 3 years into the plan, the Trustee saw that I was making more money and wanted to increase my plan payments accordingly. But since any unsecured debts not already in the plan had been stricken during the filing process, my plan payments were not increased. I highly recommend Chad Thomas Van Horn for anyone considering bankruptcy.

It was a pleasure working with Attorney Van Horn and his team. For help with my student loans, I worked directly with Chad and also with Martha who were easy to talk to, explained everything in real world terms for us "non legal" people and were very quick in response to emails and phone calls. First Thing: Chad and his staff made us feel relaxed, relieved and optimistic from the first meeting. He's truthful...if it's good news, he'll tell you, if it's bad news, he'll tell you and give you all the options. He's up front with his pricing and doesn't try to add hidden costs, which is something we were worried about (this is the first time we contracted a lawyer). Everyone at the office is very friendly and ded everything they could to help us through what was basically a horrible time in our lives.
