I wanna first start off by saying thank you Lord for guiding me to him. He is the best lawyer in Broward County hands down! I was facing some issues and didn’t have a clue on what to do or the proper steps to take. After one phone call he accepted my case and worked miracles for me. The outcome of my case I never seen coming! His years of expertise, dedication, and passion allowed him to solve my legal problems quickly and efficiently! Dave has thorough knowledge of the law and defended my case with determination.I could not have hoped for a better result. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone facing legal issues and I will be referring all my friends family and colleagues to him. Attorney Dave Simmons is hands down one of the best lawyers in Broward county. He achieved a great result for me in getting my case dismissed. Awful experience, sorry I ever met this lawyer. Not only he doesn't care about the clients once he gets paid upfront, he lies brazenly and constantly in your face, again and again. Do not believe all the fake 'positive' reviews - avoid this lying rip-off clown.

Dave is hands-on and goes above and beyond to get favorable outcomes for his clients. And he does all of this for a once-only up-front fee (for my case). How refreshing to know that someone will advocate for you, go to all ends, and not nickle and dime you during the process. And he answers the phone or responds to an email or message! Hard to find someone this dedicated to helping an average person fight for justice. I highly recommend him.

WHAT IS THERE NOT TO SAY ABOUT MR. SIMMONS other than that he IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS! THIS MAN KNOWS THE LAW!!! First I would like to say the words that I am sharing are coming from the heart AND are fact! Mr. Simmons has been assisting my family on behalf of my boyfriend Antwon Williams since the year 2020 when my sons father got himself into some stuff. Mr. Simmons was kind warm and patient and WALKED US THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS! Mr. Simmons was retained and won our case for us and the charges were not little charges and has consistently consulted on others. He answers his phone all the time and if he can’t he then returns the calls promptly!! A lawyer with a heart! He is not moved or consumed by greed!! More lawyers need to take a page out his book!! The positive reviews of others is what lead me to him and he has been a valuable member to our family for the past 4 years now!! And I wouldn’t have it any other way!! Had some serious charges and he took care of them for me no problem, especially with me being out of state and not living in Florida he handled all my court dates and took care of my felony and got my record cleaned for me ! Would highly recommend him and he was fairly priced as well.
