Hello my name is Jorge Amarillo and I hired Dave Simmons as my attorney for a case I had for grand theft . My experience with Dave was wonderful from beginning to end . Since I was a first time offender He walked through step by step what I needed to do to not only stay clear of any jail time but also expungement of the crime off my criminal record . He helped me get enrolled into a PTI program which he followed up with me frequently to make sure I was doing the necessary steps to complete the program . After 1 year of the PTI program me and Dave went to court and received confirmation from the judge that I officially completed the program and the case will not count against me . Currently we are in the process of completely expunging the charge of my record and he has been very helpful with that also . I sincerely recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a good attorney that will be with you throughout every step of the way and is a professional and kind person .

This was an old criminal traffic case that was lingering over me for 5 years... After I retained Dave, he was able to get me on the judge's docket immediately. When we got in the court room Dave was as cool as a cucumber, stating my case and the mistakes that the DOC made. The judge saw it his way and ruled in my favor. I'd refer him to anyone, in a pickle any day.

I’m was on probation and needed a court agreement to attend a funeral service for my baby cousin. Problem was that the funeral service was in two days. I still don’t know how he did but in one day he basically talked his way into the judge courtroom and got her to agree to let me go. Now it might seem something little but I just came home off a violation and the judge didn’t want me back on probation. Basically what I’m trying to let you guys know is that Mr. Simmons got pull in Broward courtrooms.
