Brianne is an exceptional lawyer. She has a truly brilliant legal mind and a confident and relaxed demeanor that put me at ease from the outset of my case. I was facing nearly $200,000 in IRS back taxes and penalties. Brianne did her homework and was able to get all of the taxes excluded under an exception and the penalties thrown out before getting to trial. Highly recommended!

Ms Desellier helped me regarding a back tax issue. She was accurate and realistic in her approach and assessment of the issue. What began as the IRS demanding $30,000.00 ended with a $47.00 payment. I contacted Miss DeSellier regarding a sales tax matter after reading an article that she had written. She was extremely well-versed in the tax law. More importantly, she was honest. She spent time to listen to my tax issue and then told me she would discuss it with the sales tax expert in her office and get back to me. When she called back she explained that she and the sales tax expert felt that the firm (Crowe Horwath) would be more than willing to challenge Florida's assessment against me if that's what I wanted, but that the chances of success were small so they were concerned that I would end up owing the tax to Florida in addition to a fee to the firm. This type of candor is hard to find these days. I will definitely go back to Brianne and Crowe Horwath to handle my tax matters.
