Phone in and asked 1 simple question at the top of the phone call. The young lady ignored my question and begin to ask me all my pertinent info such as my name, number & email , then answered my question at the end of it all by saying “No we don’t cover that type of case” Nothing in life can be time wasted & she wasted my time of continuing my resource searching by dragging me with unnecessary questions. She needs a new method of phone answering because that aggravated me so severely. …. Ok so the lawyer himself called my phone to speak to me about the 1star review I just left on his page. He started off polite but then when I begin to speak he “Aht Aht Aht” me as if I was a child, so I jus silenced and allowed him to go on this huge rant of how they’ve been in business for years, never receiving a one star review always having five years and how now his name looks bad in the community and how he will sue me for defamation for leaving this one star review and how he’s refusing my services for his one star review. Defamation is communicating false info in order to cause harm. The situation that occurred was not false. I expressed my experience truthfully and how I wasn’t satisfied with the service. That’s not defamation. That’s a “Google Review.” So not only did he threaten me, but he also rejected my services, admitting that maybe if he heard me out, and if I was given the wrong information and he may have been able to assist me. His rant was so forceful, clearly he was upset. I apologized to him that I had to do so, But in actuality, if he was calling to rectify the situation, he did a very horrible job that convincing me to remove the one star review. Very unprofessional response by coming at me with such aggression instead of consoling the situation and finding out exactly what happened. That was a scary experience.

Worse experience ever. Made me feel I had a good case and as we got closer to court date he basically told me we didn’t have much of a shot. Waited to days prior to court date to ask me key important questions and request information. After trial was done he was very rude and dismissive when I asked about moving forward. I would not recommend him as a family attorney
