I hired Serena several years ago when I went through a divorce with my now ex-husband. I could tell that Serena genuinely cared about both me and my case throughout the process. She handled everything from the divorce, to custody, and also child support. Everything didn't go 100% to my hopes (wishful thinking), but Serena went above and beyond to get me more than what I was actually expecting. If she didn't answer when I called, she was very responsible about either returning my call or emailing me in a timely manner. Also, she kept me well informed about any updates throughout the process. I have only need a couple attorneys in my 54 years, but this one was the best. Really goes that extra mile to help, he won our case, hands down would refer and God willing if I ever need an attorney again, would hire again.

I can only speak for myself only that my case is complicated. I called at least 15 attourneys before i called him. Out of those 15, 12 of those i had to explain my situation to a receptionist first just to have her transfer me to the lawyer to say the same thing all over again. I found it STRANGE at first why this attourney actually answered his own phone. I even asked him and he explained to me that hed rather know from me than a second hamd conversation with a receptionist. He was patient with me he never rushed me and listened to every layer of my case. He was the ONLY one who took the time and listened from beginning to end. Not like most lawyers that will gladly take your money and wait until 2 days before court is interested in the many details that are very pertinent to my case. I didnt feel like i was cattle being shoved through the slaughter house. My case isnt over yet but when it is i will happily post the experience. He actually cares he has NO judgment and he does NOT buckle under pressure... I cant wait to see him in action...
