I wanted to take a few minutes to put together a few words about my experience with Pelosi Injury Law. I had a serious car accident less than a mile away from my home. I was not at fault and I suffered a significant spine injury from the accident. This could not have happened at a worse time. I was closing on a house, my wife was 7 months pregnant, and we had major renovations going on. I was lucky enough to have someone recommend Geoffery Pelosi to handle my case. From the very beginning, I knew I had made the right decision. The team helped me gather all the necessary documents for my case. They were dedicated and communicated with me whenever something was needed. Geoff went above and beyond for my family and I. He made things personal and really did a great job explaining the process and my options. It is rare to have an attorney take calls and answer texts on his personal cell phone. The process took about 5 months and the case was settled for the maximum amount possible. This settlement has made everything right. If I could give 10 stars I would. Geoff does what he says he is going to do. There is no sugar coating, no embellishment, no exageration, and no BS. I had an excellent experience with Pelosi Injury Law and will send all my friends and family to them.

Mr. Pelosi represented me in an accident case. I was rear ended while stationary by a repeat offender who didn't have an adequate amount of insurance for my injuries, and in a strange combination he was so affluent that he was able to hide all assets. On paper and per insurance he was nobody, even though he is a high level executive ( didn't I mention repeat offender also? ) Mr. Pelosi from the minute I hired him went into bulldog mode protecting me. My injuries were/are serious and he secured the maximum allowed by insurance so fast ( it's all we could do) rhat as I write this, I am receiving my check tomorrow and my accident was only 28 days ago. I hope I am never in an accident again in my life, so the best thing I can do to show my gratitude is to try to help others who suffered like me. Mr. Pelosi really cared about my injuries. The minute I sent him the accident report and the CT Scan of my partially collapsed lungs, cervical straightening, and damaged vertebrae, along with a concussion and laceration on my head. He sent me an email back within 2 minutes saying " I am on the phone with ( insurance company) now". He reacted protectively and with pure real empathy. I have no words for how grateful I am.

When you are in a car accident you are are in shock with everything that’s follows! I was hit in the rear of my car while stoped at a light. I immediately felt pain shooting down my back and I went to the ER. This started what would have been a series of completely overwhelming events. Hospital forms, police records, and most the time consuming was the insurance company! All this would have been unbearable if not for my attorney Geoffrey Pelosi.
