First Phone call was full of a smile, patience, and activate listening. You have to admit ,we don't experience those excellent CS skills anymore. Nicole explained everything to me as to what would take place step by step, very knowledgeable. I didn't hear one sigh, as if she was being bothered, I didn't get rushed and talked over.
