If "money matters" to you, then ask them to assign Mary Coffay to your case. Her negotiations with Progressive we're fast and effective, because she was well prepared with lots of ammo. (Dr. Records etc.) And every time I called on her for answers, she would get back to me right away. I had a lawyer a long time ago who , in comparison, was awful. Now that I had the best level of service in the industry, I would NEVER settle for anything less. So, if you want my advice, hire Stinger Greene and Finer and ask them to Mary Coffay on your case. She's a pit-bull in this busjness.

I was rear-ended by another car while I was at a complete stop at a red light in late 2018. There is video of the accident and the other driver was cited by police. Case closed, one would think. However, having never been in this situation before, it quickly became challenging to figure out how best to deal with medical bills, health insurance companies and car insurance companies. As a seasoned executive, I initially thought it would not be an issue. However, when the car insurance company hired a doctor to say I was OK without even ordering an MRI, I knew I needed assistance. Greg Marangos swiftly assembled a team of experts to assist in managing medical bills and aggressive car insurance companies. He helped organize approval of an MRI, which finally documented the extent of damage to my spine, and helped explain my several unresolved symptoms. Today, I am six months post-surgery, having needed four of my vertebrae fused to help but not completely resolve pain and loss of function. Without Greg’s help, I believe proper care and ultimately surgery, would not have been approved. With non-negotiated medical bills in excess of $135,000, it would have been difficult to find a way to pay for this, especially for an accident in which it was clearly documented by local police that I was not at fault. In my case, the party responsible was underinsured with few assets. Thanks to Greg, my medical bills have been paid, my pain and other symptoms are managed and I am able to return back to work. In an ideal situation, the party who was cited as at fault would have been property insured and I could have been compensated for pain and suffering to a greater extent. However, Greg was able to make the very best out of this unfortunate situation and get me back to health, get the bills paid, get me feeling better, and putting a little money in my pocket. As promised, I paid nothing for these services. Greg worked with the car and health insurance companies involved to make it happen and also gave me access to a medical team that was willing to wait to get paid only once things were resolved. On top of it, Greg had a new baby at home, yet never missed a beat, and made me feel I was his only client. While I hope I am not in a situation that requires an attorney again, I would seek him out in an instant if needed, and have recommended him to friends and family.
