My experience with SGF was a professional seamless proses Gregory Marangos my attorny at SGF and paralegal Kate were the absolute 10 star team to work on my case! No one asked’s to go through an accident and it’s NOT fun to have to go through the Legal, emotional and physical Process to recovery but I have to say through legal process I was never ignored I was never made to feel like any question I had was stupid or unimportant and I felt cared for as a client. Gregory Marangos is a hard working attorny who has one of the most important key characteristics I feel a good attorney should have to work on these kinds of cases and that’s empathy and compassion for his clients.

Two stars, as I'm sure they help some clients. However, I’m rather puzzled about this firm. They appear to have a great track record, and plenty of happy customers. My wife was involved in two accidents within the space of three weeks. Both were rear-end collisions. She is having physical issues and tremendous psychological issues to boot. She’s terrified on the roadway now where she was always a confident and competent driver. That’s history. She's been suffering quite a bit to the point of potentially passing out on the road. She’s had to pull over several times to deal with the panic attacks. Her 2002 Toyota Rav4 (Paid off) was totaled and as a result we had to buy a new car and are strapped with monthly payments. There is an advertisement for S, I & G, a picture of an elderly lady, thumbs up, smiling, and apparently VERY HAPPY, her face saying nothing about suffering, and she was compensated $330k. We contact S, I & G, and they inform us that despite the two accidents, the pain and suffering, that the most you could expect as a settlement is the sum of your insurance minimums; if you have 10,000/20,000 you’ll get the balance of the $10k after all the bills are paid. I gather based on this, that, you’ll need an auto insurance policy with minimums of 330,000/660,000 in order to settle your case where you receive a large sum such as the smiling elderly lady. Otherwise, you won’t even get enough to pay off a replacement car and support your pain and suffering in the future. Very disappointing. This just doesn't make any sense. UPDATE: A follow up call to S, I, & G revealed that everything said to my wife by a representative regarding a possible case and settlement was incorrect (as stated above). I don't know what to make of this. There appears to be an issue with the understanding of how cases are handled between staff at S, I, & G. UPDATE: Received a call from another party at S, I, & G. This time reconfirming that a settlement dollar amount is based on your policy minimums. I said, "So you would have to be a bank president or a CEO that can afford car insurance with 330,000/660,000 in order to settle your case where you receive a large sum." This is way too much. It's this, then it's that. There is something wrong here. Not as wrong as illegal recording devices in their offices. So, when you see their commercials, just know that the settlement recipients are either actors or were wealthy to begin with. I will say that my contact in the WPB office (Christina) was incredibly pleasant. She was great to deal with. A wonderful attitude.
