Worst customer service I was treated like a criminal because im not a citizen stay from that law firm if your hispanic there is an elderly white woman thats a racist don’t waste your time in that law firm

It was great. I was introduced to them by a friend. I was immediately impressed by the lawyers Shane and Shane who we first had the consultation with. They demonstrated knowledge but also empathy for the experience we were going through. The staff was very friendly. Communication with the lawyers, the office staff and the paralegal I was assigned to was so prompt, easy and efficient. It is the best that I have ever seen in all my years of dealing with lawyers. Whenever I sought clarity, information, reassurance, or an update, I got it within a day of the request. These lawyers speak to you on the phone! That was exceptional! Most don't. Most let their paralegal do the talking. Requests for appointments was also prompt. Having Evans Shane at our appointment with immigration was the icing on the cake. He represented us well but more importantly, as we waited to be called, he calmed us down by just engaging in chit-chat. These are superb guys. Great emotional IQ! A good sound knowledge of the law! Great communicators! Superb! I would recommend them any time!
