Evan and Michael Shane are the most professional lawyers my husband and I have met among the many lawyers we visited through the years. No lawyer has cared to check my husband’s FOIA records to see if he had a way to become a permanent resident. We even had one lawyer that checked my husband’s immigration records and told him there was no hope for him. Until we met Evan and he told us after reading his FOIA that he could apply for a green card.They were sensitive to our concerns and Evan personally called me when my green card was approved because I was anxious about my case.
