The entire experience was extremely seamless. I never felt as if I was getting the run around, or felt forgotten. They never treated me as a number, and always did their best to keep me informed about what was actually occuring in the background. Working with the physical therpists was even easier, because any issues would either be addressed by Blakely, or the team they built around my case. This was my first encounter of this kind, and i didn't know what to expect, but I'm glad I went with Blakely! P.s. Juliana held everything together from the therapists, to arbitrators,to doctors, and even a loan to help with expenses while the case was in motion... she's awesome.
