I visited a resort with my family and had a very unfortunate experience. The resort took no responsibility and did not even apologize for the problem. I contacted Mr Pravato who listened to my story and immediately decided to fight on my behalf. He and his team did a great job and I would certainly recommend them.

I was referred to Wolf & Pravato from a work acquaintance; he had used them and spoke positive of his experience. I contacted Wolf & Pravato after my car accident and they were very professional and extremely good at their jobs. Jayne worked with me weekly to gather the bills, get them paid and even was able to get a negative mark off of my credit report due to the hospital refusing to pay. Jayne was great. It was a long process but when it came time to negotiate, Mr. Pravato himself took over and was able to negotiate a quick and fair settlement. I highly recommend Wolf & Pravato.

The injury I suffered was far from being a straightforward case. The first law firm I retained in January of 2015 transferred the case in August of 2016 to a second firm in an effort to bring the case to closure. Nine months later, in May of 2017, the second firm recognized just how complex the case was and they referred me to Brett Yonon at Wolf and Pravado. They assured me Brett was well versed and able to handle the case and all its complexities. In the short 19 months that Brett took over the case, he was able to resolve the case favorably for me on February 19, 2019. I can’t say enough positive things about the ethics of both Brett Yonon and Wolf & Pravado, all the way from coming to my home to interview me and the circumstances surrounding the case to keeping me abreast every inch of the way as he proceeded litigating the case.
