Muy agradecido con el gran trabajo hecho por la abogada Jennifer Meléndez, mi caso estaba cerrado y con una carta de posible deportación, mi situación migratoria era muy terrible ya que había perdido la primera entrevista, escuche de ella e inmediatamente la contacté para que asumiera mi caso, muy gentil y dispuesta a luchar por mi caso lo asumió, inmediatamente me dio valor y me dejó saber que lucharía por mi caso, me solicitó toda la información y hechos que habían ocasionado el cierre de mi caso los estudio y de una vez ella trabajó para que mi caso fuera reabierto lográndolo como primer paso, luego del logro de reabrir mi caso mes a mes atenta a mi caso enviando request a USCIS solicitando respuesta alguna a inmigración, USCIS solo respondía que diéramos tiempo que ellos estaban trabajando en mi caso y así pasaban los meses y meses hasta que un día la Abogada Jennifer Meléndez me informa que debemos introducir una Amenaza de Demanda a USCIS ella me explicó los beneficios de este paso ya que inmigración había tardado mucho tiempo en actuar sobre mi caso este hecho hizo que USCIS definitivamente actuará sobre una real respuesta sobre mi caso, lo cual así fue, cada movimiento hecho por la abogado surtía efecto hasta que definitivamente inmigración envió la cita a la entrevista para la residencia, inmediatamente nos preparó para la entrevista sobre las posibles preguntas a desarrollarse por parte del agente de inmigración y todos los documentos y evidencias que debíamos llevar para sustentar nuestro matrimonio y estar totalmente preparados para el gran momento, en el día tan esperado de la entrevista la abogada Jennifer Meléndez fue la primera en llegar a las oficinas de USCIS antes que nosotros, cada paso dado por la abogada Jenniffer Meléndez en mi proceso nos sorprendió por el logro obtenido y en el momento de la entrevista con su apasionado valor al trabajo a las leyes me defendió ante las múltiples preguntas a las cuales no tenía la respuesta ella me defendía, y ya hoy por hoy inmigración aprobó mi caso lleno de tantos tropiezos que luego la abogada Jenniffer Meléndez los transformó en esta gran victoria de obtener mi residencia por ajuste de estatus por matrimonio, muchísimas gracias Abogada Jennifer Meléndez eres la mejor y se la recomiendo a toda persona que esté en trámites migratorios.
