Before I hired Adam as my attorney, I felt lost, scared, hopeless. I had tried seriously everything to resolve my case and navigate the court system. Public defenders left me feeling even more lost then when I started. I got referred to Adam for a consultation to get his advise. I didn’t think that I could afford him or that he could do anything that anyone hasn’t already tried. I’ll say, without the help of him, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I probably would be in jail. Adam handled my case with ease, made me feel like I could breath for the first time in 2 years, and I felt hope that It was going to work out. This review is in Regards to Adam Rossen, and the Rossen Law Firm. I personally use online reviews to decide on everything in my everyday life. Restaurants, Golf Courses, Hotels, etc. etc. Thank Goodness I did the same when I was put into the most horrible situation imaginable. I had been given indication at the start of the year that there were potential charges against me being investigated. My actual innocence was never a question. I say it that way because if arrested and found guilty of anything, my life would have been crippled and permanently ruined. The panic and fear were overwhelming. I was picturing my life in unrecoverable shambles. Worst case scenario, life in prison. I acted quickly. I have zero experience in this arena. No contacts, friends, family nothing to rely on. So i went to the internet. I immediately started evaluating multiple attorneys. Dwindled it down to three. I communicated to all three. Set up follow ups for a few days later. Then my phone rang. It was a detective. I messaged all three immediately. But my decision was all but made even before that. From the very start, in speaking with Adam, I was confident. He was SICK as a DOG when I originally contacted him. Struggled with his voice to take me thru potential next steps. And was very thorough from the beginning. When that call from the detective came, I still messaged all three because I was petrified. All three responded. But Adam was just the clear choice. Upon my acknowledgement that I wanted him to represent me. He immediately called the Detective. I should also mention ALL of this happened after 6pm on a Friday, and went on late into the night.The Result? To this day, I have not spoken to anyone from the authorities. Only Adam. He regularly advised me. He told me the potential outcomes of the investigation. Adam was unbelievably patient. When Adam originally spoke to me about his firm, he used an excellent analogy. He said his firm is like a SHIELD. A SHIELD to protect the client. So, I hired Captain America? In a legal sense yes. Adams knowledge of process, relationships in the judicial system, and overall mastery of the legalities involved, will inspire confidence when you hire him. He communicated tirelessly with the authorities. Letting them know every step of the way what they were up against. Ultimately, no charges were ever filed. Not because the Court couldn't have charged me just to let a jury decide. It was SOLELY because of the work Adam did to ensure they knew they had no case. I can not tell you on here how strongly I recommend Adam and his team to represent you. You will not regret it. More importantly, it may save your life.

I was arrested in August of 2018 for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. After researching other law firms, speaking to one directly on the phone, I chose Rossen Law Firm. The many great reviews allowed me to realize that these were the folks who could best handle my case. Once I met the staff including Adam and Manny, it was evident my decision was the right one. Immediately, I was given assurance that they will provide me with the best representation but could not guarantee the outcome. My case went on for more than 11 months which included several court appearances by them on my behalf. During this ordeal I witnessed two individual who clearly demonstrated what the term "dot your I" and "cross your T" meant. Basically, they were very thorough and did not take any little detail for granted. My ordeal on its own was very stressful and at times hopeless, but knowing the level of representation I was receiving made it easier to deal with considering my charges. Adam and Manny made every effort to keep me appraised of any updates. Anytime I need a question or any information relating to my case, a response was always in a timely manner. There was never a time that I felt alone knowing they were fighting for me. Even though they never made any promises, I was confident that the outcome would be a positive one. As the saying goes "Hope for the best, expect the worst". This was basically my thought process leading up to the final decision regarding my case. I was looking at a DUI charge and Leaving the Scene of an accident, both misdemeanor charges in the State of Florida. Needless to say, with all their efforts and persistence I was not charged with either. The final decision was for Reckless driving and all other charges dropped. I basically walked away without any convictions on my record. The outcome was way more than I could even imagined. I was elated, ecstatic , jubilant and so on and so on. Lastly, I close but could not do so without personally thanking Walter for being a great liaison between Adam, Manny and I. He was exceptional in making the communication aspect of this process possible.
