Horrible experience I can never get a hold of the attorney. After responding to the calls days later he comes off very rude. Cat chasing the mouse game everyday. It’s only a pleasant experience before the fees are paid.

First and foremost, Mr. Gruskin’s office and administrative department is so overwhelmed that they emailed me someone’s else’s divorce settlement instead of my own, yes all nine attachments that all of you will get too if you hire him. If you do, it will hopefully have your information on it and no one else’s. This email contained the names, address , and private information of another couple going through tough hardship of a divorce and trusting their attorney to keep their information private but somehow it ended up right in my inbox. Of course I made Mr. Gruskin’s office aware of this mistake and they didn’t seem surprised by this “mixed up” and brushed it off as if this is something that happens routinely. This was the first incident with this attorney that was the first red flag I should not have ignored. Because his services were so affordable I ignored this and gave him the second installment, upon his request. At this point all Mr Gruskin had done for me and my case was complete the template that contains my information, yet he needed the second installment. I gave it to him. Sometime later, I emailed Mr. Gruskin about receiving some clarification about how to upload certain documents into the portal. I did not receive an answer and after several follow up emails from my side, Mr. Gruskin writes me back. He redirected me to the generic emails that his office sends periodically with unpersonalized directions and told me he could not spend another minute attending to me. Just like that. Time passed and I get served divorced papers. I am blind-sighted and didn’t see this coming. I immediately emailed mr Gruskin and it took him 4 days to get back to me. I had 20 days to contest my soon to be ex ‘s petition. He was rude and not worth my time nor money.
