They do not reply for assistance; I don't have kids, and it is an uncontested divorce, but they never reply to my messages. They send messages to get money even when I have not seen any documents because my case is apparently "simple." Customer service on the phone is rude to respond, and they get mad when calling for simple inquiries. When you pay to receive guidance, I expect direction, not just someone asking for money all the time and not getting any feedback or suggestion. They will reply only when requesting money but never to assist in your process. Find local attorneys for this process; please do not waste your money with this chiseler. They took from me $250 for nothing and continue until today, asking for $370 for not even a single paper reviewed.
