Mark is a very hands on Attorney. He is very clear and thorough in his approach. He is always a step ahead and knows well when to play the right card! He is a patient listener. I knew I found the right guy in Mark for a case when he was accessible even while on a holiday! He is simply the best!

Mark is the lawyer you want by your side in a criminal defense. I walked away with a four year probation sentence on a first degree grand theft charge.( embezzlement) not only was he a good lawyer but also gave me great advice in a rough time in my life. He went the extra mile and did more than most would have, for a very affordable price. I Definitely recommend this firm.

Chose Mark Eiglarsh to serve as my Miami criminal defense lawyer during my DUI trial last month. He was great. We actually never had to go to court because he worked out a bargain that was very nice.
