This was an amazing experience. I went through several different family estate lawyers before FINALLY getting everything done QUICKLY with Martha!!! She is phenomenal and made sure that I got everything that was owed to me!!! I am so grateful that this is finally done! So appreciative of the professionalism and care taken for me in my probate situation!

Our family's experience working with Attorney Sosa was top notch! From the first consultation call, we new we had made the right choice! He answered all our questions about receiving Florida Medicaid and we never felt rushed when speaking with him. His caring demeanor really came through during the process. I procrastinated for years to update my directives. In my attempts to begin the process, I only met with high speed explanations and confusion until I was fortunate enough to meet with Mr Sosa. He was very thorough, anticipated my concerns, and was very patient and welcoming of my questions giving me clear options. I am very satisfied to be able to complete not only my Estate planning but often avoided , incapacity planning which gives me peace of mind.

Living in the New York City metropolitan area I am somewhat skeptical of attorneys in general. I also have an inmate ability to determine if reviews are self generated by the person or a result of professionally paid talent. In this case of Mr. Sosa neither is true. Having an elderly mother in Broward County Florida required me not only to travel for planning but also to secure the services of an experienced attorney. I found there is a plethora of law practices in the area, all claiming to have your interests at heart. Although I can neither confirm nor deny the claims of others I can personally vouch for Horacio Sosa. The reviews I read are genuine and we found him to be a bright, compassionate, intuitive person. Mr. Sosa saw me and my mother and gave us the quality time that we felt we deserved, not the time he had thought was appropriate for our needs. His staff are amazing and friendly, making you feel like you are an old friend. I highly recommend Sosa for any of your legal necessities. You will not be disappointed. The only caveat is that I cannot give him and his staff more that 5 stars.
