Jon and his team will insure you the best legal course and with the least liability buying, owning and operating your aircraft, and along with saving a lot of money and stress. Airplane ownership and operation comes with a lot of responsibilities, personally I choose to have minimum chances, if any of loss from a legal loophole not covered. There are very few attorneys that really understand Aviation Law, and unfortunately I have met many of them. That changed when I was introduced to Nada Ragland. Finally, someone understands the many legal hurdles a 135 Operation must jump. With wisdom beyond her years, she is able to not only solve legal and FAA issues, but she is able to manage those other non aviation attorneys, accountants and advisors, who are convinced they know what they are doing. I was so impressed with Nada's expertise in solving some really difficult problems, when I was offered a job with another company, the first thing I did was to make Nada a part of our team to navigate the restructuring of this company.
