My experience with PaperStreet was great from start to finish. Their support manager, Gui, was knowledgeable and professional and made the whole process easy. He also delivered the website ahead of schedule, and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend.

There's so many positive things I can say about this company, but I don't think I have enough space. First, let me start by saying that the owner of the company truly cares about his customers. He made me feel like the only customer among thousands of customers. That speaks volumes about his character and his work ethic. I'm a small business owner and getting a fancy website felt like it was out of my reach. However, the team at Paperstreet including its owner made sure that my website looked like a million dollars. I received exceptional service and my website looks phenomenal. The best part of this team is that they are a big company with a heart and a sense of what's right for each individual customer. I'm beyond thrilled with my website. I have been an attorney for over 14 years and this is my first website ever. Getting the right company was important for me. I'm so glad that Paperstreet was able to deliver and provide such exceptional service. If there was a million stars I could give them I would.

Our firm hired Paperstreet to create our new website, and we chose the Law Firm Essentials product, which is cost-effective and involves a relatively easy process for launching a website. We also asked them to help us with the content. We shared with them our expected launch date, and they began by laying out how the process was going to go, what was going to be expected from us, and approximately how long it would take for each milestone. We really wanted to meet our launch date, so we took our part in the project seriously in that when Paperstreet needed input, we promptly turned that around. One of the things we especially appreciated was the team. When we reached out to Gui or Christine with a question or problem, they were always very knowledgeable, very professional, and very responsive. In the end, we are pleased with both the customer service we received as well as the final product of our website.
