Initially, when contacting The Ansara Law Firm I spoke to the assistant at the time, Melanie. She was wonderful!! She took down all my information and ensured me that I would receive a callback from Richard. Shortly after, I received a call from Richard. I felt comfortable immediately with moving forward with his law firm. I was given the option to make payments but I hate payments so I paid in full. I was charged in September 2022 and throughout my representation, it was easy communicating with Richard and his firm. Melanie even did me a huge favor by writing me a letter to provide to my employer. I was very grateful for that. Richard had always been straight forward and honest with me throughout the entire time representing me. My felony charge was dropped to a misdemeanor and I’m only to serve 6 months probation and some fees. Overall, I feel things could have been way worse if I had not had The Ansara Law Firm.
