I am very impressed with the Schlesinger law firm. My case involved a medical malpractice lawsuit involving the death of my husband. Bryan Holfeld helped to make all of the issues easier and the entire team worked hard to get the results that I needed. I am very grateful to them all.

I can’t thank my entire team of Attorneys at Schlesinger Law enough. Scott, Jonathan, Steven, David and their whole staff, Fought for me every step of the way after I was permanently injured in a terrible car wreck 8 years ago. Even after the Judge initially dismissed my case, Schlesinger Law never gave up and continued to fight for my rights. First through the appellate courts and having the dismissal overturned, then trying my case in front of a jury which resulted in a mistrial after nearly two and a half weeks, before ultimately securing a confidential settlement on my behalf on the eve of my 2nd trial. Schlesinger Law was never afraid to go all the way no matter the financial cost to do right by my family and I. Signed up for a class action 4 years ago, they wanted my ssn, and I didn’t feel comfortable giving that out to a law firm I’ve never heard of, so I never finished the paperwork. I have been harassed by these people ever since. I’ve gotten countless emails, phone calls, they even sent a summons to my house and the lady stood outside pounding aggressively on my door for over 45 minutes. I never answer the door if I’m not expecting someone but eventually my dog and baby were so upset I answered. All for her to serve me a paper that says “don’t miss out on $$!” I just had to send a cease and desist letter over because I cannot endure this harassment any longer.

I would highly recommend others to NOT hire this attorney or any attorney affiliated with this firm. They peddled false information while instilling false hopes to my family and I since day one , they completely destroyed each aspect of the entire case throughout the litigation process, had multiple attorneys leave the firm during our representation, had very poor communication skills and returning any forms of correspondence for months at a time, filed complaints against judges and published numerous false verdicts that were vacated by courts on their website. This firm focuses primarily on representing the estates of cigarette smokers who have passed away rather than medical malpractice and injury as they state. There are better and more competent firms in comparison. Much better.

Not sure why they call themselves a law firm, their customer service sucks, u leave a ton of messages no one gets back to u, they ask for information about u but never get back to , what r u using this I formation you r asking for, for, their ridiculous

I contacted this from over a week and a half ago concerning a medical malpractice lawsuit against Hollywood memorial and they refused too hear me out
