Even after the Judge initially dismissed my case, Schlesinger Law never gave up and continued to fight for my rights. First through the appellate courts and having the dismissal overturned, then trying my case in front of a jury which resulted in a mistrial after nearly two and a half weeks, before ultimately securing a confidential settlement on my behalf on the eve of my 2nd trial. Signed up for a class action 4 years ago, they wanted my ssn, and I didn’t feel comfortable giving that out to a law firm I’ve never heard of, so I never finished the paperwork. I have been harassed by these people ever since. I’ve gotten countless emails, phone calls, they even sent a summons to my house and the lady stood outside pounding aggressively on my door for over 45 minutes. I never answer the door if I’m not expecting someone but eventually my dog and baby were so upset I answered. All for her to serve me a paper that says “don’t miss out on $$!” I just had to send a cease and desist letter over because I cannot endure this harassment any longer.

Not sure why they call themselves a law firm, their customer service sucks, u leave a ton of messages no one gets back to u, they ask for information about u but never get back to , what r u using this I formation you r asking for, for, their ridiculous
