Mr Fuchs went above and beyond the line of duty when I was in my accident. He not only calmed myself and my partner down while I was in the emergency room on off hours but followed up the following day to make sure we were OK. He has always been professional, caring and helpful in making sure that my best interest is at hand . I recommend him to anybody that is in need of a great attorney .

I just wanted to take the time to alert others that Mr Fuchs is the consummate professional and Attorney. I was referred to him by a friend as I required an experienced Attorney who knows the laws in Florida and is willing to fight aggressively for the injured party. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my family members' questions and concerns. Unlike another Attorney in the area who didn't think much of our plight or case and wasn't responsive, he rolled up his sleeves and triumphantly steered the defendant toward a settlement we both desired from the outset. I have had several instances where I've recommended patients to David who have been injured due to no fault of their own. His office staff is horrible I had a lien from my health insurance and his office missed one of the thing in the lien (didn't pay it prior to paying me) I now, have a bill in collections that I knew nothing about. Also my settlement went from 150,000 to 30,000 what kind of crap is that he does not fight for his clients at all never again would I go to his office. Also they take weeks to call you back you have to stay on their tails via email and vm horrible.

18 months after the accident (someone - who had auto insurance I might add - rear-ended my car going at about 30 - 40 miles an hour) and with virtually no communication after the first couple of months, David notified me last month without explanation that he's withdrawing his council, canceling my agreement, and once I have my file (which he said he'll send me) he said he refuses to communicate with me any more. So, if you want a good attorney to look out for your best interests, go elsewhere. He got me an initial settlement offer of about $300 (three hundred dollars) which he declined, passed me on to a litigator, and after initial contact, this litigator never returned my calls. I must admit that David did refer me to an excellent chiropractor who treated my injuries and healed the back and neck pain (she was absolutely wonderful) - so for that I am grateful because I was in a lot of pain - but for everything else, I would run a million miles rather than go back to him to be treated like this. It's not even that the settlement offer was so poor, it's the total lack of communication, no updates, lack of respect, dropping my case like a hot potato without explanation - even though the guy who hit me had insurance!!! I don't understand why David did not do a better job, I guess I just chose poorly. I am going to seek further legal advice elsewhere, and just wish I had done that in the beginning.

Mr. David Fuchs was very professional and provided me with excellent service over the past five years. He took care of my two accident cases and they were all successful. Mr. Fuchs explained the process of my cases and stay on top of things at all times. He is dedicated and compassionate about his service he provided.
