Great attorney for maritime cases.

James Perry was very knowledgeable about maritime law, and he took the time to explain my rights and options to me. He also answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way. I felt like he was really listening to me and understanding my situation.

Inna Shapovalov is an exceptional professional lawyer. In 2015 USCIS denied all my brother and sisters (Total 4) legitiamate application for I-130 petition for Alien Relative. I was a US citizen and filled I-130 petition for my brothers and sisters in 2011. We submitted all our primary and secondary evidences to establish and prove our relationship. After submitting all required genuine documents submitted time to time, all on a sudden USCIS one day sent the denial letter stating that this documents may be fraudulent activity to establish siblings relationship and hence USCIS director made a decision to deny all the applications. The situation was like a severe thunderstorm for me and I felt to hire a good lawyer. I contacted several lawyer and couldn't made them understand that my sibling relationship is genuine and the supporting documents like delayed birth registration certificate in Bangladesh is also correct and not fake. Finally, through one of my friend I was able to meet Inna Shapovalov. She did a face to face cool hearing with me and went through all my paper works, documents and USCIS denial letters. After almost an hour, she looked at me and asked all the documents are genuine or not . Please tell me honestly. I answered yes, these are genuine. Then she said I will fight for you. ----SHE STARTED MY CASE URGUMENTS/BRIEFS/MOTIONS--- Her step by step justification with facts and documents to establish our sibling relationship finally could convince the USCIS officers and in one month all my brothers and sisters I-130 application was approved from denial status. Thanks God and Attorney Inna Shapovalov. Inna is a pleasant personality to work with as your layer. She has vast historical/political knowledge for lot of countries like Bangladesh and that made her to win. She made all the great USCIS officers convinced by showing a UNICEF report 2006 showing that birth registration was only started after 2006. USCIS had a doubt that why we submitted birth certificate after so long time after our birth and thinking that these are fake. This report was a bullet for USCIS officers and they had to approve my cases. It was beyond my satisfaction.

There are absolutely no words to describe how good our experience has been dealing with Inna Shapovalov. She helped us to get our green card even though some other lawyers wouldn't even take my case because they said there is nothing I could do.

After she got our money she became practically impossible to reach. Would go days without any type of response from her, her partner, or anyone in office.

I wont receommend her she got paid upfront for her services after that we called and called never no response. We had to change our number for her to respond. Then she sent us someone else filing for us to send the paper work. Then after that she filed a year later then cost us to be denied with the wrong instructions from her, then we found out she didnt send in the right documents. I wont recommend her at all for no case.

The best immigration lawyer you can find in Florida. My son was living in the UK was born in Jamaica she got him to migrate to Florida straight from the UK without going back to Jamaica.

SHE IS NOT A GOOD ATTORNEY, SHE TELLS YOU ONE THING AND DOES ANOTHER! I WONT RECOMMEND HER TO ANY ONE, NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND NOT HONEST IN OUR PRACTICE.

I hired Inna Shapovalov to get my LPR. She did an excellent job, she really took good care of my case. She was always available and gave me answers when I needed them. I highly recommend her for any immigration case. She really knows what she is doing, she is an honest lawyer. Thanks so much for all your help, your time and dedication!

There are absolutely no words to describe how bad our experience has been dealing with Inna Shapovalov. After all the money was paid off, it was extremely difficult to get a hold of her. No emails, no phones nothing will ever get her to call you back no matter how urgent the situation might be, she will not call you back!!! She has a keen sense for not paying any attention to details. She misses out important facts and then says "oh, I am sorry, I should have added that"..... I would strongly recommend anyone who wants a lawyer to do their research before they hire some one like her to represent themselves , as at the end of the day we got the feeling that she did not give a F*** about us as long as she got her money. She does not provide details of the records, progress reports, etc. Highly incompetent!

We hired this lawyer to handle staff visa applications and found once funds were paid to her it became increasingly difficult to get progress reports or proof of submission. We finally stopped using her after an application was refused due to her mistakes.
