Dan has been my fathers attorney for over 20+ years of loyal service and support. He has been a guiding light for my father and our family during very difficult times. He led the fight to make sure my dad received his full disability benefits when the insurance company refused to pay. My father has been under disability for the past 15+ years, and even to this day Dan checks on my dad to make sure everything is okay and he's receiving the full benefits that he deserves. Even now while he is not under contract, he responds on behalf of my father when the insurance company has questions, just to make sure no issues cause his policy to lapse. That's the good heart that Dan has and the complete care he will provide for his clients! When I was attending college at FSU, Dan would regularly check up on the actions of my attorney to make sure he was doing a good job and not over looking any details when I had gotten in trouble. I was able to get my charges dropped and expunged with no issues, thanks to his help and his attention to detail.
