Mr. Salazar and his staff are awesome!!!

Kristin is amazing. She is very professional, very responsive, you can call her at any time and she assists you right away. She is the lawyer to go for if you strangling with custody issues. She helped me with my issue in no time.

I had a potential law suit with another property owner. Without even going to court, Dan negotiated the settlement that i wanted in less than 2 weeks.

She helped when no one else would. My divorce was already filed. I had questions and concerns about my agreement. My previous lawyer would not help and most lawyers did not respond or said they do not handle post agreement. She not only responded quickly, but took the time I needed to review my current agreement, explain what I did not understand, listen to all my questions and concerns, and gave me an honest opinion. Not often do you find someone who will tell you, it is not worth the fight or cost when they stand to make the money. I highly recommend her and will use her if ever I need someone. I can not thank her enough for all she did.

I had Kristin for a short amount of time, but I can say she is extremely professional, and very dedicated to the case in which she represented me. i had a lawyer before her, and that lawyer didn't do anything close to what she did during the time I had my other lawyer. She hits you with the straight facts of how she sees a case going, which I liked, because some lawyers to tell you what you want to here, but that doesn't prepare you for what the outcome could potentially be. I would say anyone looking for a lawyer of this caliber then Kristin is the person you should consider when searching for a good lawyer. Her credentials speak for themselves!

Dan Arnold is MOST CERTAINLY an attorney I would recommend. He assisted me in a ongoing case. Dan helped me navigate a special needs trust inquiry and went above and beyond to assist me in the matter. Thank you Dan Arnold, you are amazing!

I had a real estate property issue and needed to consult with someone about the legal questions I had. Dan was available and very responsive to speak with me, answer my questions and offer guidance. Although I ultimately didn't end up pursuing legal action for the matter Dan provided much needed guidance and I would definitely recommend his expertise for anyone looking for legal help.

I was responsible for retaining an attorney for my church in a tenant/landlord dispute. Dan was one of three attorneys referred to me by another attorney that I knew but who did not handle litigation. Dan was very forthright and helpful in my initial consultations and while we did not hire him, I felt he would be a good choice for us and would provide excellent legal assistance at a fair price. He was extremely responsive in our initial contacts.

My family and I have been so grateful to have met Dan Arnold. He has assisted us with numerous cases and has responded to all inquires. Whenever I have a question or an inquiry about a potential case, regardless of the field, I always go to Dan; and if he can't assist, he always finds me someone who can. He genuinely cares and even checks up from time to time. Aside from his professionalism, his compassion really distinguishes himself amongst the rest (at least in my opinion).

If you are seeking for a family/divorce attorney, i WOULD NOT recommended Kristin Padowitz. She only wants to take your money and she will NOT do what she supposed to. She would said she is very confident to win your case but that is far from a fact that she did not know what she’s doing. You will just throw your money in the garbage and lost your case completely. I still can't believe i would lost this case. And she didn't even use my evidences i sent her. What was the point? All I want is a simple modification for parenting plan and child support. She did not prepare well for the trial when she supposed to. During the trial zoom, she had to keep looking back and forth to see what the other attorney talked about. She didn’t even know what to say next. Sometimes she will forget to attach the files in the email. Once my case is done and signed by the judge, I had to hear it from my ex husband, not from my lawyer. Kristin is very unprofessional, lazy and unorganized.
