I recently had an emergency in which hastily I needed certain paperwork filed and shipped for me. I called Neil, and even though he had an already busy day, he rearranged his entire schedule to accommodate my case and told me swing to by his office. After an hour and a half my issue was promptly resolved and I had peace of mind. He was even very flexible in terms of a payment method, and needless to say, his rates are very fair as he is willing to go the extra mile for you.
