Atty Eugene Feldman firm was the only one that approached offering services on a conversion from Chapter 13 filed and discharged in Florida towards a Chapter 7 with change of residency in another state. While being informed convincingly by other firms that this was not a doable matter I am pleased to inform that this did materialize with complete success.
