To whom might read my post well I would like to say that me and my family were so happy from the professionalism we experienced with Atty. William he handled my case with such professionalism and honesty. I have never met William in person for I live and work in Saudi Arabia the other part of the world but the distance was not an issue to William for he made sure that the process is so smooth and this exactly what happened and I thank him for this. Yesterday my kids received their US citizenship and I was told that William was always following up and contacting them in order to have a happy outcome - I really appreciate it William. GREAT!!!! Let me start out by telling you William and Patricia are sincere people. Like old school educated and to the point. They will tell you everything step by step with Honesty. My wife needed a waiver and we were denied in the past and after William reviewed our case he had the Waiver Approved. Happy Tears!:) Next we applied for my wifes Green Card and Permanent Residence and William and Patricia worked hard, pushed us to do our end of Documents needed, and APPROVED!!! My wife now has her Permanent Residence Green Card. You have no idea the relief. We went to Canada shortly after, my wife got her 10 Year Passport, and reentered the US with a Red Carpet treatment. Now we can move on without the stress of not knowing if they will take my soul mate away from me. DON'T GO TO A PARALEGAL!!! Warning, we went to one, my wife was denied of her waiver, Deportation process was started, we spent many trips on our own to Miami Immigration office, Paralegals can't represent you by the way, and we wasted so much money on sending in different forms and documents costing us way to much money. GO TO WILLIAM GERNSTEIN AND PATRICIA COOPER!!! Don't waste you money anywhere else. You get what you pay for and William and Patricia will get the Job done right. This firm has amazing attorneys with superb professionalism and an undoubted respect for clients. Patricia Cooper helped my husband and I through a very difficult case, in which he had taken voluntary departure, was in removal proceedings and the case needed approval to be reopened. We had been working with a different immigration attorney for 2 years and the lack of communication and progress made us uneasy. I was living in the US awaiting a court date on my green card case, (when I entered the US they took it from me as I had not returned in over two years). When I got a good job I knew I would have to give them my status and the deadline for my temporary status was about to finish. I needed a court date to get back my card. I searched google, picked the first lawyer that caught my eye and called. Atty Elan Baret answered the phone. His level of professionalism was exactly what I was looking for. I made an appointment and went into the office. There I also met Atty William Gerstein, who ascertained that a court case had already occurred and I had been deemed deported. My life flew into chaos. Atty Baret however spoke firmly with me to get me to look at my situation from a different perspective. I am grateful to him for that because it made me listen to reason. I do have the pleasure of completing my adjustment status using this firm and I am very pleased with the results. I met Mr Gerstein via the internet and to this day I am yet to meet him in person. I have no idea what he looks like (except for his picture on the internet) and he does not know what I look like (except for my drivers license & passport photos). I live in another state and he was able to skillfully complete my paperwork without any problem; I did encounter a few minor glitches but they were no major concern to this knowledgeable man, he knew exactly what was needed and what was to be done and it was done. My Husband I have been together for 2 years and decided to get married. We have beautiful daughter also together.
