I do have the pleasure of completing my adjustment status using this firm and I am very pleased with the results. I met Mr Gerstein via the internet and to this day I am yet to meet him in person. I have no idea what he looks like (except for his picture on the internet) and he does not know what I look like (except for my drivers license & passport photos). I live in another state and he was able to skillfully complete my paperwork without any problem; I did encounter a few minor glitches but they were no major concern to this knowledgeable man, he knew exactly what was needed and what was to be done and it was done. Mr Gerstein is very supportive, detailed, thorough, his fees are fair and the payment options are awesome. He is also an excellent communicator and is always there to encourage you even when you are doubting yourself; he prepares you properly and leaves no stones unturned for your interview and even afterwards he consults with you. My Husband I have been together for 2 years and decided to get married. We have beautiful daughter also together. After our wedding we consulted Mr. William Gerstien, for the filing of I-130 and I-485 of my husbands adjustment of status. He has given as appointment on the same day itself. my experience with this lawyer is very bad. In my opinion there are much better experienced attorneys. he is like a little inexperienced boy with horrible verbal skills. I was better off representing myself.
