Over the phone ! I did not get any answers or whatsoever ! .... how can I know if it's a good service or not ?? My rating is just based on a phone call ! I will call the next immigration office because of this ! ... 😣

Staff doesn't have any regard for their clients, and have poor communication. They have no clue what's going on because they don't update notes on their system. The lawyer is nonchalant and makes little to no effort to find out other ways to solve your case. Follow-up is terrible. You have to keep calling them so that they'll update you on your case. They never do what they say they're gonna do and leave you wondering whether they've found a solution for your case or not. Bad experience. Edit: This is not a fake review. Don't believe them even if they say it is. It's how they get away with bad customer service.
