Victor Peña is an amazing attorney who worked on my disability appeal, after I had initially self filed and was denied. With everything going on, especially with COVID 19, things were backed up and slow. I received notification that my appeal timeframe had expired, Victor assured me that everything would be fine, he worked my case and won my appeal. He even got my annual bonus pay included in the calculations after it had been rejected. Attorney Peña listened and wasn’t focused on his abilities; instead he focused on what I needed. It was a pleasure working with Victor Peña Law. We were very surprised that Mr. Peña himself contacted us personally upon my husband writing to his office with questions we had about taking a settlement offer from the disability insurance company. Attorney Peña was courteous, knowledgeable, swift, professional and understanding. It helped that he was polite and understanding of my health issues as I have a backwards sleep schedule. He communicated with me through email, text and calls. That was very convenient. He also had connections with the people at the insurance company, so once I did my part in electronically signing what I needed to he expediently returned with a higher offer. I loved that he did everything electronically as far as documentation and signatures. There were no hidden fees, (oh, except $25 for FedEx but that's understandable today) which greatly pleased my husband. I would definitely recommend Victor Peña Law to everyone!

When you are experiencing or diagnosed with disability it can be scary, overwhelming, and a time when you don’t feel you are at your best, mentally, physically or maybe both. This gives a huge advantage to insurance companies. They know this. After several attorneys told me I didn’t have a case, or didn’t bother to treat me like anything other than a mathematical equation (I.e. deciding if they would take you on as a client based on what their payout would be) I was VERY close to giving up on my claim. Then I spoke to Victor. He gave the the truth about my claim. The good and the bad. No sugar coating. No salesman lawyer talk. But more importantly he treated me like a human being. This seems to be getting lost in the world today.... If you want a lawyer who will resolve your claim while treating you with empathy and respect, Victor is your lawyer.
