I am shocked there are not more one-star reviews – she must either contest each negative review or hire out someone to do it on her behave. I would plead to you, DO NOT HIRE HER under any conditions. Let me elaborate. And if this review is contested, contact me: I have all the proof to back up my review as facts. I had an uncontested divorce (both parties 100% agreed from start to finish), and it took from 5/12/22 (when I hired her) to 12/12/22 until judge signed and final – that’s over six months, and it cost me in total $6,082.50. I was originally estimated $3,500 by her personally. First: Her team will literally sit on your case for months doing nothing except charging you for “case review” each week even though they’ve done nothing. And, when you do finally ask them to take the next step she will charge you for not only that email, but her reply email as well and then charge you again for confirming her reply email which is what you ask for originally. Second: She does what’s called “a non-refundable retainer.” DO NOT AGREE TO THIS! What it does is lock you in. I would have fired her way early on, however doing so means I would have lost all of my retainer not used. I was baited into continuously maintaining a $3,000 non-refundable retainer while she and her team dragged this out for as long as she could. Third: When provided with my first “retainer replenishment” bill I noticed a lot of this and contested it with her. This first time she “understood” my concerns and did credit me back. However, I think this ultimately worked against me because from there on I was pulling teeth to get anything done, and each reminder email (and I mean waiting a month before reminding them again) cost me more money. Interesting, however, during this wait I was also charged for even more “case reviews.” When I did reach out again, I got billed again for asking them. Final statement: She is the worst of the worst. The only thing her office stays on top of is maintain her non-refundable retainer – your case, and what you hired her to do is all secondary compared to this. Hire anyone but her… For your own sake. Please.

Let me preface this review by stating that if it were possible to give more than five stars, Josh would receive a 1000/5. Since my first contact with Josh, he was always incredibly kind and helpful. It’s quite comforting to know that he was always a call or text away, especially when the walls seemed to be caving in. Aside from being very diligent and professional, Josh always ensured to ease anxiety through a humanistic approach. Although I hope never to encounter another legal issue, I know that Josh is always 100% in my corner without hesitation and will do everything possible to help. Words cannot express my gratitude for you and all you have done for my family and me.

Very informative and easy to deal with attorney. We contacted Josh during a hard time for our family when another lawyer gave us the run around and we only had 2 days til our first court date. Josh was understanding and helped us fast and efficiently. We got a great deal in the end and our family was left feeling extremely grateful for his services.

I have had terrible experiences with lawyers. Always saying one thing and then on paper it's another. He was upfront about his fees and he let me choose how I was going to pay him and what percentage. He stayed true to his word and did not deviate. Through the whole process he was available and if he could not answer the phone in that minute he always made the return phone call the same day.! Extremely hard to find a lawyer that actually follows through. I was very impressed by his trustworthiness. I can say not only would I use him again but I would recommend him to anyone needing help.
