I had a great experience with the business. I am pro se family law litigant, and Diksha gave advise that was to the point, in the precise time, just what I needed, and for me, it would probably take me forever to find/realize/learn it. She knows very well what she does, and I am very satisfied with her advising. The invoices were a little confusing for me at beginning, but the service provided, the hours and the amount charged was there, so, they have all the information needed. This was such an awful experience. I’m writing this in behalf of my grandmother who is 70 years old. Not once did she have a face to face meeting with Ms.Sharma. Never informed us of any end goal. We might as well would’ve called our lawyer her assistant as he was the only one we ever got the chance to really speak to. We’ve only experienced unprofessional and carelessness. Knowing my grandmother was low income and after handling her case for months she treated her so poorly. All this lawyer cares about is money. Forget caring about the client or the best interest of the client. As my grandmother is 70 years old she is not tech savvy and all communication was mainly through phone call which was also my grandmothers preference due to her age and language barrier. Communication was through phone call for important information. Her office sent her an email 3 weeks before important hearing requesting to be removed from the case. This was never clearly communicated to my grandmother nor did she have prior knowledge. She even spoke with the office 4 days ago and thus was still not mentioned. Her assistant even confirmed they lacked communication and apologized. Long story short the day of the hearing Ms. Sharma sent her an email stating “good luck with your case” to my grandmother that is suffering from fear and worries. We found out an hour before my grandmothers hearing that she was no longer representing her. This left my 70 year old grandmother helpless against a very dangerous person and had no care what so ever. After taking more then 11k she said doesn’t matter circumstances and refused to do payments. She demanded my grandmother pay another 4.5k (not including additional fees). Her office even mistakenly deducted money from her account without any communication or notice. She took advantage and sat on my grandmothers case for months. Please be aware that this treatment was very unprofessional, unethical and careless. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!

When making a choice of what defense attorney to use, Josh was the most cordial and respectful of the others I spoke with. Throughout the pre-trial period, he was nothing but supportive and honest. He made you feel very calm and at ease and helped put things into a positive perspective. Since he was formerly a prosecutor, he knows the position of the other side as well. For that reason and many more, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him. He knows his stuff inside and out. I recommend him to everyone and will use him again in the future if a situation warrants it.
